We make the abilities of an applicant visible (like LinkedIn) and enable him to find the perfect job on the platform. For our customers, the SME's we offer a full process software for the whole recruitment process. The market potential is 60% of all SME's (around 237'000 only in Switzerland) which are still using Excel for this process. Our business model is based on a subscription system.
