Energy billing for properties in Europe

Every house causes costs in operation, e.g. for water or heating. These must be distributed correctly to the tenants according to strict rules and standards. By 2027, the EU wants service charges to be measured and distributed in a consumption-oriented way across the continent, even in small properties. This will save tenants about 20% of resources compared to flat-rate billing.

Imagine a platform on which these energy issues can be easily and correctly billed and managed without having to call in an engineer every year. Solar production, own consumption, e-filling stations or other energy systems can be solved immediately on a product neutral platform.
