Vitruvian Shield is a Swiss AI-native SaaS platform for Decentralized Clinical Trials (DCT) and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM). We unify CTMS, EDC, eConsent, ePRO, RPM and regulatory output generation in a single compliant environment, paired with our proprietary Thryve medical IoT devices. Our customers are pharma sponsors, CROs and hospitals running fragmented, expensive trials. Built on Microsoft Azure and aligned with EU MDR, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, ISO 13485, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA and ICH E6(R3) GCP. Active studies include the ULS São João oncology pilot and the PT-EPI-DCT-002 epilepsy DCT. We are closing a CHF 2 to 4M Series A to scale across Europe and the Gulf and become the infrastructure layer of the global DCT market projected at USD 14B by 2030.
