I worked out the business model for solving the problems in subletting as part of my master's thesis.
I have already been able to incorporate eID and eSignature into my platform. Furthermore, an included insurance, which covers 3 months of the rent, will follow. According to studies, the market is estimated at 1.9% of the rental market.
