SurgeonsLab develops and produces patient-specific training models for training surgical procedures and validating new medical devices. Everybody knows resuscitation dolls that are used in emergency courses. However, our models are much more detailed, are based on medical image data of a real patient and have functional and physiological properties. SurgeonsLab models are the only ones that achieve the accuracy and detail required to train microsurgery.
We would sell the training module which is a standard platform for different patients and the surgeons/hospitals will buy the patient specific model of the microanatomy from us. They plug the model bought and train or practice before surgery which can save patient mortality, OR cost and improves personalized treatment accuracy.
