Savely is a Swiss platform for the digital management and optimisation of recurring consumer contracts. Registered users can enter a wide variety of contract types (e.g. mobile phone, internet, insurance, etc.). The platform analyses this data and compares the terms and conditions with those in its internal offer database. An algorithm evaluates the relevant contract attributes (e.g. data volume, network coverage, price, etc.) and suggests better or cheaper alternatives to the user at the appropriate time, taking into account the notice periods. In addition to suggesting new offers, Savely also negotiates with existing providers on behalf of the user. This gives providers the opportunity to retain customers, enabling them to prevent churn as well as acquire new customers.
