Rhonexum Sàrl

Advancing cryogenic electronics for quantum and beyond.

We are developing a family of cryogenic CMOS integrated circuits (cryo-CMOS) that sit inside a quantum computer (at the core or intermediate stage), bringing power management, precise control, timing, and low-noise readout within centimeters of the quantum device. By relocating the electronics from room-temperature racks to the cold stage, we reduce cable count and thermal load, enhance signal quality and timing fidelity, and create systems that are simpler, smaller, and more scalable. We, Vicente Carbon and Hung-Chi Han, are a founding team spinning off AQUA Lab at EPFL, where we developed software that allows us to simulate electronics behaviour at low temperatures. The Quantum Control System hardware market is estimated as follows: $6.3 B by 2030 (Ü26.8% CAGR).
