Swiss FoodTec start-up with patented technologies for processing unshelled culinary nuts. Instead of shelling the nuts and only using the nut kernels, RE-NUT processes the nuts with their hard outer shells. This doubles the yield of resulting nut flour and nut drinks and makes all the valuable fiber of the shells available for human nutrition. Thanks to the regulatory approval achieved for almond extracts in 2023, RE-NUT targets the US market first.
