Relai is seeking a full-time, European-based Head of Customer Support to own and elevate the company's end-to-end customer journey, support operations, and retention strategy. This senior leadership role tasks the individual with managing the support team across multiple channels, translating customer insights into actionable product feedback, and building scaled, AI-powered workflows to optimize ticket resolution. The ideal candidate will bring over 5 years of CX leadership experience within a fintech, crypto, or high-growth B2C startup, paired with a proven track record of managing support stacks and operating within compliance-sensitive environments. Strong data fluency, excellent English communication skills (German is a plus), and a genuine interest in Bitcoin are essential for establishing the operational discipline and self-service resources required to turn Relai's customer experience into a distinct competitive advantage.
