Head of Quality

As Head of Quality, you will lead Planted’s quality organization across our sites in Kemptthal and Memmingen, as well as at suppliers and co-manufacturers. You will drive food safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement while enabling innovation, strengthening our quality culture, and supporting Planted’s continuous growth. This position is based either in Kemptthal (Switzerland) or Memmingen (Germany) and requires regular travel between both sites to maintain a strong on-site presence and close collaboration with local teams.

Venture Kick
Venture Kick supports potential entrepreneurs with start capital up to CHF 150'000 as well as hands-on execution support and access to a nationwide network of investors and experts in the startup field. Multiple times per year, 8 selected projects get the opportunity to present their business ideas in front of a panel. The 5 most promising projects enter the support process. After 9 months at the latest, the startups incorporate and enter the market. Since 2007, Venture Kick has invested over CHF 58 million in over 1111 projects.

The University of St.Gallen issues a Spin-Off label under the supervision of the Center for Entrepreneurship. This label is meant to build and leverage the entrepreneurial community stemming from these breeding grounds. It awards entrepreneurship and innovation, credibility and trust, accountability and sustainability and is built on the knowledge transfer through this institution.
