Paixon GmbH (Micromate)

Micromate is a software application that conducts microlearning quizzes in chat conversations. Micromate is not supposed to be a stand-alone application, but to be integrated into existing learning environments or learning management systems (LMS). By that, hurdles in corporate learning shall be overcome, and learning is supposed to become a part of today's daily routines.

Since 2021, the team has developed the software in-house. From 2023, Micromate took in the most focus of their work, and almost all employees of Paixon GmbH. In 2023, Micromate has been promoted and launched through social media and the public. Until the end of 2024, the conversational assistant is supposed to be further developed to enhance corporate learning with a digital assistant.
