Optogenetics is a new technology with the potential to triple biotechnology yields, facilitate drug screens, and restore vision, but is hindered by lack of illumination devices. The Lumiplate offers versatile well plate illumination for the industrial adoption of optogenetics. Market predictions are difficult (around 1 to 100 billion for 2030), but our innovation, and industry focus position us ideally to capitalize on the growing applications in Pharma, Biotech, and Medtech.
