ONtrack Biomedical (Zurich) has built a platform for protein biomarker detection in raw urine — no sample processing, compatible with standard laboratory platforms globally.
Our first application is prostate cancer: PSA screening triggers millions of biopsies annually, up to 70% unnecessary. Biopsy is invasive with real risks. No test combines urine, protein biomarkers and platform compatibility to guide the biopsy decision. Our TPP targets 95% sensitivity and 80% specificity — through innovative mass spectrometry discovery and antibody generation translated into urine ELISA immunoassays with proven clinical performance.
The platform is disease-agnostic. Prostate cancer is our entry point.
