Vesta Biosciences is dedicated to developing a framework for rational modulation of the fermentation capabilities of an individual's gut microbiota. Our aim is to leverage the individual-specific differences in these capabilities using a proprietary diagnostic technology, enabling the determination of personalised dietary supplementation strategies designed to minimise inflammation and optimise metabolic health. Our framework is initially being adapted to Inflammatory Bowel Disease, with the intention of branching into novel indications including cancer immunotherapy, metabolic disorders, neurodegeneration, anxiety and depression.
