In this Business Development & Management Assistant Internship (80-100%) at mobileup, you will work directly with the CEO to drive the growth of their refurbished electronics platform. This 6-month role is centered on expanding the company’s B2B presence, optimizing customer success, and digitalizing internal processes. You will be responsible for data analysis, setting up new management tools, and ensuring high service standards for clients. The ideal candidate is an advanced business student with a "growth mindset," strong skills in Excel/Google Workspace, and a basic understanding of process modeling (BPMN). Based in Bern, this position offers a high level of autonomy and the chance to actively shape the circular economy within a fast-paced, highly motivated startup team.

Marketing Internship (German speaking))

Marketing / Internship

In this Marketing Internship (80-100%) at mobileup, you will be part of a dynamic team in Bern working to make refurbished electronics the "new normal." Over the course of six months, you will assist in performance marketing (specifically Google Ads and Facebook Ads), manage content and design for social media and the company website, and plan marketing projects such as email campaigns. The role encourages creative freedom and project ownership, seeking candidates who are fast learners, comfortable with multitasking, and have a background in media or marketing studies. Native-level German is required, along with a "startup vibe" and a passion for advancing the circular economy in Switzerland.
