MindMetrix develops myflow, a patented, science-based neurofeedback platform that helps individuals in high-pressure environments to train mental performance and resilience. Using eye-tracking and immersive VR, myflow measures brain arousal in real time and provides immediate feedback to improve stress regulation and focus. This allows users to assess, track, and train their mental state with the same precision and structure as physical training.
