Our core business model revolves around a high-margin monthly subscription per IoT SIM connected to our M+ Hub IoT platform. We charge €6 per 4G device and €12 per 4G gateway, which supports up to five pre-paired BLE devices. The subscription covers secure global connectivity to M+ Hub, fleet management of the device’s digital connectivity twin within the platform, and seamless integration with third-party health IT systems.

This is complemented by a lower-margin business through the provisioning of pre-configured devices and gateways powered by Medisanté. Each unit leverages input adapters to M+ Hub, validated by our medtech partners—Beurer, for example—who insert our Vodafone IoT global roaming SIM-cards during assembly in Asia, fund the inventory, and handle logistics on our behalf.
