To address the issue of inadequate treatment for musculoskeletal pathologies, we've developed an innovative decision-making tool that enhances clinical guidelines and informs patients about the expected outcomes of surgical treatments, a crucial aspect of informed consent. Additionally, it could help identify unsuitable candidates for surgery before the operation, potentially reducing unnecessary procedures, positively impacting the environment by contributing to climate change mitigation, alleviating strain on healthcare facilities, and cutting healthcare costs significantly, potentially saving billions annually.
