With the new production Atelier based in Dübendorf (ZH), the startup employs today 6 employees. The ready to steam dim sum are delivered the next day with an external logistics partner. Furthermore, the company also collaborates with famous chefs to create signature lines. We also offer our dumpling selection to selected Gastronomic partners as well as retail stores, such as Globus.
