Furthermore, the company also collaborates with famous chefs to create signature lines. We also offer our dumpling selection to selected Gastronomic partners as well as retail stores, such as Globus.

This role is a hybrid of front-of-house service and kitchen execution, where you will manage a streamlined operation, steaming frozen dumplings, preparing mise en place, and leading a diverse team during peak lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts. We are looking for a proactive, hospitality-minded doer with previous experience in fast-casual or QSR environments who can build a strong service culture while optimizing daily workflows. In this 100% role, you will work directly with the Head Chef and Production Manager to oversee the daily execution of our unique dumpling recipes, ensuring high quality, cost efficiency, and strict HACCP compliance. We expect at least 2 years of kitchen experience and a formal culinary background, specifically someone who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and is comfortable with inventory management and recipe elaboration.
