AI agents for hotels

Lobby helps hotels tackle staffing shortages, shrinking profits, and rising guest expectations by automating email-based reservation workflows. Staff spend hours manually handling booking requests, cancellations, and RFPscomplex cases can take up to two hours, leading to lost revenue.

Unlike chatbot solutions, Lobby deeply integrates with reservation systems and automates complex requests using a Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) approach for accuracy.

Part of the EHL Innovation Hub, Lobby is piloting with three Swiss hotels. Founders Romy, a software engineer who co-managed a 4-star hotel, and Alex, with a background in process automation for banks, previously worked together at Avaloq.

Venture Kick funds will accelerate product development, expand integrations, and drive market adoption.

Venture Kick

Venture Kick supports potential entrepreneurs with start capital up to CHF 150'000 as well as hands-on execution support and access to a nationwide network of investors and experts in the startup field. Multiple times per year, 8 selected projects get the opportunity to present their business ideas in front of a panel. The 5 most promising projects enter the support process. After 9 months at the latest, the startups incorporate and enter the market. Since 2007, Venture Kick has invested over CHF 58 million in over 1111 projects.
