The micro-notch connection system replaces conventional shear notches and, thanks to its increased composite rigidity and the elimination of screws, enables significantly faster production and installation, as well as increased flexural rigidity of the ceilings. At the same time, it can be easily applied to conventional wood-concrete composite ceiling systems (both single-span and multi-span beams). Using wood-concrete composite ceiling systems with micro-notches combines the best properties of wood and concrete, thus enabling more sustainable construction and a pleasant living environment.
