Computational Chemistry Lead
Research / Fulltime
We are seeking a Computational Chemistry Lead to build and operate scalable computational workflows that generate reproducible in?silico infrared spectra for confident molecular identification in drug development and diagnostics. You’ll design automated pipelines for quantum chemistry and molecular dynamics calculations, validate predictions against experimental data, manage HPC/cloud infrastructure, and collaborate closely with experimental and data science teams. The role requires a PhD in Computational or Theoretical Chemistry, 3–5+ years of hands?on experience with quantum chemistry/MD tools, strong Python/bash scripting skills, and the ability to translate high?level goals into robust automated solutions.
Senior Lab Manager

We are looking for a Senior Lab Manager to lead its mass?spectrometry lab focused on metabolomics for biomarker discovery and molecular identification. You’ll be responsible for running targeted and untargeted workflows, managing lab operations, developing and validating methods, coaching scientists, ensuring instrument uptime and quality control, and building reproducible, scalable processes with strong documentation while preparing the lab for future regulatory alignment. The role requires 7+ years of experience managing mass?spec labs, deep hands?on expertise in sample prep and LC?MS(/MS), strong command of metabolomics data analysis tools, and a structured, high?ownership mindset.
