The heyPatient platform offers the last mile in healthcare with a digital health companion who organizes appointments, keeps everything important at hand and integrates the personal care network.

The solution-integrated app is available in the stores and speaks 16 languages.

Connected healthcare providers interact with patients directly from their internal systems. They digitize patient-centered interaction with ready-made treatment-insights, appointment-invites, digital forms, chats and of course, paperless entry.

Patients are safely identified with SwissID, the platform is on Microsoft Azure Swiss, data is stored in Switzerland, data transmission is encrypted. The platform is based on HL7 FHIR.

The solution is productive and has the potential to set new standards in healthcare.
