As a Senior Manager & Scientific Computing Engineer (Consultant) at HAYA Therapeutics in Lausanne, you will serve as the architectural bridge between IT operations and cutting-edge genomic discovery. Your mission is to build and maintain the hybrid infrastructure—spanning on-premise HPC servers and multi-cloud environments (AWS/GCP)—that powers the analysis of long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs). This is a "player-coach" consulting role where you will replace manual workflows with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible), manage high-performance GPU/CPU clusters for computational biology, and ensure that massive scientific datasets are secure, backed up, and highly accessible. You aren't just managing servers; you are optimizing the "scientific velocity" of the R&D team, ensuring that data scientists spend their time on drug discovery rather than troubleshooting environments.
