Artificial intelligence and chatbots are on everyone's lips, but interaction with them is often frustrating. Requests are misinterpreted or not understood. Even in simple conversations, traditional chatbots forget the context of a conversation, making more complex dialogues, which are necessary for bookings or help with legal issues, impossible. We develop Natural Language Understanding (NLU) through Deep Learning and thus the intention of user input can be very well classified, possible discussion developments are often still encoded by simple if-else statements. This original type of artificial intelligence, also called expert system, is considered obsolete, unstable and poorly maintainable and has already been replaced by deep learning in almost all areas.
