Fairwalter

Fairwalter is a Zurich-based PropTech startup that digitizes and automates Rental Management.

As a SaaS platform it serves as the core data and process hub for property managers and landlords. Through integrations with various solutions in the rental eco-system, seamless and automated processes are facilitated.

What's more, Fairwalter works on any device with a browser, allowing remote work, outsourcing and flexible operating models, effectively establishing a market place for services.

Fairwalter is used by 120 paying clients; mostly landlords and small property managers. The current focus is on finance automation and APIs in order to offer the leading solution for small property managers by mid-2022.
