Coonnect AG

Coonnect is an active talent marketplace that is free of charge for companies and candidates. Companies can directly search for skilled professionals and, once a candidate accepts a request, access the full profile including documents, work history and qualifications. Costs apply only when an interview takes place or a contract is signed. Candidates no longer need to actively search for jobs but are discovered by companies. They receive 50% of the interview and placement fees, recognising the value of their time and opening access to the hidden talent market.
Coonnect was co-founded by Pascal Suter, Agron Zeqiri, Fabrizio Parrillo and Armend Mustafa. Fabrizio Parrillo leads platform development as CTO, while Armend Mustafa contributes extensive headhunting experience and market knowledge.
