CDDS develops fully autonomous kinetic interceptor drones that neutralize Group 1 and 2 threats (up to 25kg drones) through direct mid-air collision. Our drones rely solely on a visual sensor for detection, tracking, and targeting. The founding team consists of 7 people with background in RL, physics, vision and business from ETH, HSG and other universities.
Our interceptor drones use RL-trained control system to predict impact points in real time and allow for a competitive edge in a 5 billion dollar market (https://www.marketsandmarkets.com/Market-Reports/anti-drone-market-177013645.html).

CDDS AG is seeking a Software Engineer (C++) to develop highly responsive architectures and low-latency data pipelines for high-speed kinetic interceptor drones. In this role, you will parallelize hot paths for multi-core hardware, accelerate compute-heavy workloads using GPUs, extend the PX4 flight stack, and port Python prototypes into production-grade C++ code. The ideal candidate holds an MSc or PhD in computer science or a related field, has at least three years of professional experience, and possesses strong C++ and Linux skills, with experience in CUDA or embedded robotics considered a strong asset.
Engineering / Fulltime
CDDS AG is seeking a Control & Test Engineer to help develop next-generation control, guidance, and state-estimation algorithms for high-speed kinetic interceptor drones designed to counter malicious UAVs. In this fast-paced startup role, you will take ownership of the low-level flight control stack, extend PX4 software under strict hardware constraints, and lead hands-on field tests and global customer demonstrations. The ideal candidate holds an MSc in a relevant engineering field, possesses strong C++ skills, has experience with flight stacks, and is willing to travel frequently for international testing.
Engineering / Fulltime
CDDS AG is seeking a hands-on DevOps Engineer for Embedded/Robotics to own the infrastructure supporting next-generation counter-drone technology. In this fast-paced role, you will design scalable pipelines for collecting and replaying drone sensor data, build CI/CD systems with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing, and manage a fleet of air-gapped edge devices through secure, reproducible image builds. The ideal candidate has at least three years of professional DevOps experience, strong Linux and containerization skills, and a solid understanding of software security, with experience in edge device provisioning or ROS 2 considered a strong asset.
Engineering / Fulltime
CDDS AG is seeking a Robotics & Control Engineer to architect and implement state-estimation and control algorithms for high-speed kinetic interceptor drones. In this role, you will design low-latency guidance strategies, develop multi-sensor fusion algorithms, and adapt the PX4 autopilot stack, transitioning your work from Python simulations to deployable C++/Rust systems. The ideal candidate holds a PhD or MSc in robotics or control engineering, possesses deep expertise in optimal control and Kalman filtering, and thrives in a high-ownership environment that includes hands-on flight testing and simulation.
Engineering / Fulltime
CDDS AG is seeking a Senior Vision & Perception Engineer to architect and optimize low-latency vision pipelines running on NVIDIA Jetson platforms for high-speed interceptor drones. In this role, you will develop and tune C++ detection and tracking algorithms, optimize TensorRT inference performance, and maintain GPU-accelerated development containers. The ideal candidate holds an MSc or PhD in computer vision or a related field, possesses expert knowledge in DeepStream and GStreamer, and has strong C++ and CUDA skills tailored for real-time, multi-process robotic systems.
