We have a healthcare staff shortage - in 2040, we will be missing almost 40000 FTEs in healthcare organizations in Switzerland. Fortunately, we have an untapped reserve: the more than 60'000 people who left the job! However, they currently sadly do not have any good solution to come back to work in a way that allows them to have the work-life balance they wish for. Carewell wants to fix this problem by being the perfect middleman between short-term healthcare staff and wherever the needs are, seamlessly.

Multiple times per year, 8 selected projects get the opportunity to present their business ideas in front of a panel. The 5 most promising projects enter the support process.
