Cancentus GmbH

Targeted cancer therapeutics exploiting replication stress

Cancentus is a biotech spin-off from the Universities of Geneva and Basel developing selective cancer therapies. The companys technology exploits oncogene-induced DNA replication stressa key vulnerability unique to cancer cells. By targeting the biological pathways tumors use to manage this stress, Cancentus selectively eliminates malignant cells while minimizing toxicity to healthy tissue.

Its pipeline includes next-generation antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) payloads, selective helicase inhibitors, and combination therapies. Additionally, Cancentus leverages AI-driven drug discovery (AIDD) services to streamline hit identification and accelerate the path to clinical implementation.
