Brixel has established a new standard to sell & buy real estate for homeowners in Switzerland and Portugal (DIY platform combined with expert services). We are also providing our (white label) platform to financial institutes in Europe (e.g. UBS, Baloise), to help them close their gap in the real estate lifecycle -> Problem: when a customer sells their home, the bank is usually out of the transaction and will lose that mortgage asset (funnel drop out) -Solution: the Brixel platform is implemented in the customer journey to be the first to know when a customer wants to sell a property, provide home selling services and be in the pole position to finance that object again with the new buyer (and lock-in additional high potential buyer leads attracted by that property).
