Reporting directly to the CEO, this role blends engineering expertise with business development to build global pipeline density, nurture OEM and system integrator partnerships, and create technical content to educate the robotics ecosystem. The ideal candidate holds a degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial, or robotics) and possesses proven sales experience within industrial automation, high-tech manufacturing, or healthcare. Alongside a self-initiated, customer-focused mindset and proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot, the position requires excellent English communication skills and a willingness to travel up to 40% to foster long-term customer relationships.

Junior/Intern Manufacturing Technician

Joining the production team, the technician will be responsible for the precise assembly, testing, calibration, and inspection of both mechanical and electronic sensor components while ensuring strict adherence to quality standards and maintaining state-of-the-art production equipment. The ideal candidate has a completed technical apprenticeship, hands-on experience in mechanical and electronic production, the ability to read technical drawings, and fluency in German.
