40 million people in the world are fully blind. biped is the world's first AI copilot for blind and visually impaired people.
The device is worn on the shoulders, like a harness. It is equipped with 3d cameras, and works like an autonomous vehicle, for humans. It identifies and predicts the trajectories of everything around you, to only warn you about the most important information. biped gives you intuitive audio feedback through bone conduction headphones, and has a battery of more than 3 hours.
Behind biped, a team a 5 software and robotics engineers, 250 beta-testers and 10 partners all around Europe & the US. biped has been commercially available since January 2023.

Venture Kick supports potential entrepreneurs with start capital up to CHF 150'000 as well as hands-on execution support and access to a nationwide network of investors and experts in the startup field. Multiple times per year, 8 selected projects get the opportunity to present their business ideas in front of a panel. The 5 most promising projects enter the support process. After 9 months at the latest, the startups incorporate and enter the market. Since 2007, Venture Kick has invested over CHF 58 million in over 1111 projects.
