Its first product, Skywalk, is a compact body-weight support system that enables safe, efficient gait training across clinical and home settings. Designed to improve patient outcomes while reducing physical strain on therapists, autonomyo focuses on scalable, cost-effective rehabilitation solutions and is preparing for market launch in Europe and the US.
