Aurion addresses the critical shortage of skilled workers and efficiency problems in the solar industry. By 2025, 16,500 additional skilled workers will be needed annually to meet the 9% annual growth. Our Solar Training Academy provides hands-on training to prepare the next generation of solar technicians. Additionally, we are developing an AI-powered digital platform that optimizes installation processes and increases the capacity of solar companies by 2.5-5% (75'000 - 150'000 CHF additional revenue for an average SME).
