Drive the launch and scale-up of Aeonix, a next-generation preventative health platform in Switzerland, combining advanced diagnostics, AI-driven insights, and integrated EHR capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Lead overall commercial strategy and execution for Aeonix in Switzerland (B2B + B2C). Build and close enterprise partnerships with corporates, insurers, and lab networks. Own revenue growth, pricing, and go-to-market performance. Establish strategic relationships with healthcare providers, clinicians, and ecosystem partners. Drive brand positioning as a premium, privacy-first preventive health platform. Build and lead a high-performing commercial and operations team. Work closely with product and technology teams to align market needs with platform development. Profile: Proven leadership experience in healthtech, digital health, or life sciences. Strong track record in scaling commercial operations and partnerships in Switzerland. Deep understanding of healthcare ecosystem, corporate benefits, or insurance landscape. Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate in a fast-scaling environment.
