Nicola Plain (37) graduated from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) with a Master's degree in Business Innovation and obtained a CAIA Level II certificate a few years later. He worked for five years as a consultant and project manager for Daimler with his own small consultancy firm. Disillusioned by the resistance to change of large companies, he decided to only work in very agile and flexible environments in the future. On 01.02.2021 he joined Aktionariat AG, a company that uses the new Swiss DLT law to give companies the opportunity to create a marketplace for their shares on their own website.
