As a spin-off from Swiss university ETH Zurich, Akinas growing team of 14 brings vast experience in movement science, AI, software development and rehabilitation technology. Akina was founded by Florian Haufe (CEO) and Michele Xiloyannis (CTO) in 2021 after years of research in the areas of rehabilitation technology and robotics.
