Proteins are the most advanced nanotechnology we know of. Engineered proteins such as new antibodies, enzymes, gene therapy vectors and motor proteins will be at the core of the biorevolution and change how we think about curing diseases, manufacturing products and designing new materials.
At Adaptyv Bio we're building a next-generation protein foundry. We combine advanced robotics, microfluidics and synthetic biology techniques to create fully automated protein engineering workcells that allow users to synthesize and test any protein they design.

Engineering / Fulltime
Adaptyv is seeking a Head of QC & Analytics to lead quality control and data integrity across its high-throughput foundry. In this hands-on role, you will define the standards for "good data" and partner with software engineers to automate the processing and validation of thousands of simultaneous protein assays, including BLI and SPR. You will be responsible for building the scientific logic for anomaly detection, establishing SOPs within automated workcells, and ensuring that the millions of data points delivered to biopharma and AI customers are robust and reliable. The ideal candidate holds an advanced degree in Biochemistry or Biophysics with over 6 years of experience in protein science and a strong proficiency in Python or R for data processing. Joining Adaptyv offers the opportunity to shape the infrastructure of "agentic science," bridging the gap between frontier AI models and physical-world wet lab experimentation at a massive scale.
