Actival has a patented solution and 850+ LoIs for 3D-printed active aligners with integrated microfluidic channels. These channels are filled with transparent antibacterial fluid, fluoride, and flavor which are slowly released as the aligner is worn. This removes bacteria, creates stronger enamel, and improves mouth odor, thus creating a multifunctional aligner of a novel generation.
