TheraMe! AG, a Swiss Federal Institute of Technology spin-off developing a functional precision oncology platform. TheraMe! has developed a proprietary microfluidic diagnostic platform designed to identify which cancer therapies are most likely to work for an individual patient before treatment starts. From a single fresh biopsy, our platform tests tens to hundreds of treatment options directly on viable tumor cells and combines the functional drug-response profile with RNA-seq readout.
Unlike genomic-only approaches or patient-derived organoid models, which can take weeks to months and often remain indirect, TheraMe! is designed to generate actionable results within the clinically relevant treatment decision window of 10 days.
