Teleport is a new interaction paradigm with video, an entirely new way to distribute and consume video on-line. Teleport allows users to navigate video by scrolling, in a smooth, fast and intuitive fashion. Contents can be overlaid on the image to contextualize it: images, texts, social media statuses or videos, basically anything that exists on-line can be integrated in a Teleport.

All the management of the application, from the creation of a new Teleport to the administration of the contents, can be done through a simple web interface by a non-technical user.

Teleport currently works with applications in virtual tours and education. Virtual tours allow exploring a place and getting information about its features and atmosphere, and are particularly appropriate for university campuses, real estate, museums, events, etc. Educational applications range from simple how-to videos to corporate training, to furniture assembly instructions. In this case, having the ability to control the video precisely and get detailed information is a tremendous advantage.
