Swiss Exits and IPOs in 2020
The year 2020 is coming to its end and what could be more timely than a wrap-up of Exits and IPOs. In 2020, we had 19 companies pursuing Exits or IPOs, 17 Exits, and two IPOs. Taking a sector perspective, Internet & Mobile had five Exists while Medtech had three. The two IPOs were ADC Therapeutic from the Biotech sector and HeiQ Materials from Materials & Chemicals. The largest Exit 2020 goes to Avaloq with its CHF2 billion.
