Faced with the challenge of finding a suitable and efficient tool to publish digital content at events, the communication experts of the Swiss Startup Newsroom Communiction Ltd. strove towards developing their own storytelling tool. Hence, Storyshaker was born - a tool by communicators for communicators. Storyshaker connects self-generated cross-media content with posts from the social media community. It permits curated multi-channel publication on websites, apps, social media channels and big screens. Using the Storyshaker will make the digital communication more dynamic and help you reach out to new clients. The linking of multiple Storyshakers to a Content Network makes content exchange with partners easy. The innovative tool can be used for companies, events or associations. Embedded directly on your own website, it couldn't be easier to have your own dynamic news section. Instead of a traditional news design, we at Storyshaker believe that all relevant stories, whether it be own content or User Generated Content, should be on one single page. With this one page design we are able to generate the so-called Facebook effect: once you begin to scroll, you always find new stories that keep you scrolling and discovering many new stories, e.g. resulting in a much higher average time spent on the website.

Among the clients using the tool are the Swiss Economic Forum, BSC Young Boys, PLR Political Party, VfB Stuttgart, Swiss Olympic, City of Berne, Swiss Marketing Forum, Swiss Academies of Sciences or the Hello Tomorrow Conference in Paris.

Our vision: making publishing and distribution of stories more efficient by offering one single tool for publishing on all digital channels, thus allowing more time for the fun part of creating and developing stories.

The business model is based on the Software as a Service (SaaS) principle, whereby the tool is delivered on a subscription basis.
