Bioprocess Engineer

You will be part of a multidisciplinary collaboration with the goal of developing innovative products with the competence to implement process design/bioprocess development for bacterial and cell culture systems. You will also operate automation platforms, which are the core of our products (Lucullus PIMS). You must feel comfortable working productively and thrive in highly collaborative and agile teamwork.

Product Devemopment Engineer

You translate multidisciplinary product requirements into robust mechanical designs and develop functional models and prototypes to validate concepts. You are responsible for the mechanical design workflow and its proper documentation, from concept to market release, ensuring performance, manufacturability, reliability, and compliance with applicable standards. You create 3D models and detailed drawings with proper GD&T and contribute to the definition of technical specifications. You collaborate closely with systems engineering, electronics engineering, quality, science, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical solutions into the overall system architecture. You support supplier selection and technical discussions with the client and external partners and contribute to cost optimization and design for manufacturing (DFM/DFA).

Systems Engineer

You develop and maintain requirements as well as the system architecture for our devices, considering the full system life cycle. You contribute to verification and validation processes. You will act as an important interface (leading /coordination /mediation) between the various stakeholders (management, quality, project management, as well as the technical domains of software, mechatronics, fluidics, electronics, bioprocess/analytics, and mechanics) and create the necessary technical documentation and negotiate solutions. You develop and contribute to the modelling of our systems. You will coordinate and manage individual projects or sub-projects and act as a system integrator. You will analyze risks, hazards, improvement ideas, and applicable standards and incorporate them into the design workflow. You will support business development by monitoring relevant activities in R&D and contribute to the development of the program strategy.
