We want to become the next fiverr for the influencer market.
Influencer marketing expenses are strongly increasing every year. But influener marketing is complex, expensive, time consuming and inaccessible. We want to solve this problem with a search, matching and communication platform called Refluenced where supply (brands) meets demand (influencers). With Refluenced we want to scale and automate influencer marketing. Our focus lays on nano- and micro-influencers which have a higher engagement rate and are more authentic. The long-term vision is that everybody can be a Brand Ambassador if the match between brand and influencer fits.

Business Development / Fulltime

As Sales Manager for Germany, you will build partnerships, develop sales strategies, and identify market opportunities. Based in Zurich (hybrid), you’ll work closely with Strategy and Customer Success teams and represent Refluenced at events. Refluenced automates creator marketing, enabling brands to collaborate with creators efficiently without agencies. We’re rapidly growing, with over 2,000 campaigns, 15,000 creators, and 250% yearly growth. You’ll lead sales from outreach to deal closure, generate leads, run demos, manage the pipeline in HubSpot, and collaborate with product and marketing teams. You need at least one year of B2B sales experience, strong communication skills, a hunter mindset, fluent German, and good English. Experience in creator marketing or events is a plus.
