RAAAM™ develops and markets the highest density on-chip memory technology that can significantly reduce the size and cost of systems-on-a-chip (SoCs). Integration of RAAAM™'s memory technology in modern SoCs, such as mobile processors, AI accelerators, etc., is expected to reduce the on-chip memory die size by up to 50% and the power consumption by up to 10X. RAAAM™'s IP is supported by any standard CMOS technology.
RAAAM™'s target customers' are fabless semiconductor companies, which are burdened by the size of the on-chip memories. The business model relies on licensing of our memory IP and obtaining royalties from sold chips which contain our memory technology.
