Senior Research & Radar Signal Processing Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Research & Radar Signal Processing Engineer to join our algorithms team in Solothurn, focusing on the end-to-end optimization of our contactless patient monitoring pipeline. In this hybrid role, you will design and implement resource-efficient DSP algorithms and ML-enabled features directly on the edge, ensuring robust signal representation and high-fidelity data compression for cloud transmission. We expect a candidate with a PhD or Master’s degree and deep expertise in signal processing (Python/C++), radar-specific methods (MIMO, micro-Doppler), and algorithmic optimization under hardware constraints.
