ProByLas AG provides modular machines and machine components for welding plastics by laser. Instead of a standard machine or special machine building, we developed a modular machine framework. We can configure the machine from the buidling blocks to fit the plastic parts to weld and customer requirements.
Laser plastic welding is more precise and clean than other plastic welding techniques and is therefore applied in industries with higher quality requirements as medical, automotive, electronics, ...
For some process sub-types patents have been filed and granted.

A second product portfolio is under development based on electronic high-frequency to weld plastics by roller electrodes continuously. The base of this technology has been established in an Innosuisse project with a Fachhoschule.
