LifiX is a spin-off from Pi Lighting. We are developing an IC (silicon technology, fully integrated IC ready for mass volume) which combines Li-Fi advantages (communication with light, no radio frequencies, lower risk of interception) with a MiMo design (multiple in-multiple out). This allows for two layers of security, one physical (MiMo where we can switch the secure channel from one to another, similar to frequency switch technics in the defense sector in radiowaves) and one optical (Li-Fi. Light does not go through walls). To our knowledge this is unique.
This can be a replacement for office / LAN networks in companies with sensitivity to security. Banks, insurance companies, aerospace, defense, IP-sensitive companies, and state offices (ministry of defense, interior, etc)
